Cancellation Policy

Policy:

  • Cancellations should be made in writing an email to contact@thetalks.com

  • Before 90 days of the conference you will receive a full refund, less a $150 towards administrative fee

  • If THE TALKS cancel this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another THE TALKS event which must occur within ONE YEAR from the date of cancellation.

  • The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point in time

  • Refunds will be made after the completion of the conference.

  • There will be only 2.5% deduction on the total amount for all the registration cancellation requests received 40 days prior to the commencement of the meeting.

  • Only half of the total amount received for registration will be refunded if the cancellation request is received between 40 to 20 days before the commencement of the meeting.

  • The registration amount will not be refunded if the cancellation is not informed before 20 days of the starting of the meeting.

  • Accommodation can be cancelled before one week of the check-in date for full refund. There will be no refund if the accommodation cancellation request is not raised before one week of the check-in date.

  • We reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the Organizing Committee reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself. Our maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the registration fee and accommodation charges (if booked through us). We accept no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other additional costs incurred.
